Terms of Service
Effective October 31, 2026 · Beta service
1. Purpose
These terms set out the basics of using Holy Tarot (holymoly.ai.kr, the “Service”), run by 송여진 (the “Operator”) in South Korea.
2. Beta service
The Service is currently a free beta. Features and screens may change or pause without notice, and beta-period records may be cleaned up when the Service officially launches (we'll tell you before deleting anything).
Features marked “PRO” may become paid in the future. We'll announce prices and conditions before that happens, and we never charge without your consent.
3. What the Service is
The Service is for entertainment and self-reflection. Tarot readings show possibilities; they don't predict the future, and they don't replace professional medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice. Talk to a professional before making important decisions. If you're struggling, please reach out to a crisis line in your country (in the US, call or text 988).
4. Accounts
- You must be 14 or older to sign up.
- You're responsible for your username and password. Don't share or lend them.
- You can delete your account any time under MY → Delete account, and your records are deleted with it.
5. Things not to do
- Sending bulk requests with automated tools or disrupting the Service
- Using someone else's account, or writing other people's personal information in questions or notes
- Using the Service's text, images or design commercially without permission
If we find any of the above, we may limit your use or suspend your account.
6. Rights
The reading texts, design, and the “Holy Tarot” name and symbol belong to the Operator. The card art is the original 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith deck (public domain). Questions and notes you write belong to you.
7. Limitation of liability
Unless there is intent or gross negligence, the Operator isn't responsible for the results of decisions made based on readings, or for outages or lost records during the free beta.
8. Changes to these terms
We'll announce changes in the Service 7 days before they take effect (30 days if the change is unfavorable to you).
9. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This English version is provided for convenience; if it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
